Pro Football Focus hat den Tiroler Christoph Henle, seit heuer Tight End bei den Baylor Bears, ins Mid Season All-Americans Team der Big 12 Conference geranked. Alle Spieler werden nach jedem Spiel gegraded (0-100), Henle ist laut Ansicht der Experten zur Saisonmitte der beste Tight End seiner Conference.
Die Bears liegen aktuell mit einer Bilanz von vier Siegen und drei Niederlagen auf Platz 5 der Tabelle.
„Henle may not have the receiving prowess of other tight ends in the conference but he does his dirty work blocking for the Bears offense. He has allowed just two pressures as an extra blocker on 54 snaps and holds the third-highest run-blocking grade in the conference among tight ends,“ – PFF
