Nomination for Austrian TV Price

The Austrian TV channel Puls 4 broadcasts the NFL games for five years now for the german speaking audience presented and commentated by the President of the Austrian American Football Federation (football.at) Michael Eschlboeck and his press officer Walter Reiterer.
Both are on their mission to create awareness for football in Austria by explaining the rules and what is going in the field to those who are new to the game as well as delivering insights and expertise to those who are common with game.
The popular show has a growing fan base and also relates to NFL social subjects like breast cancer awareness and salute to service.
Now the hosts are nominated with their show for Austria`s TV price "Romy" in the category "information/culture/sports".
"We really feel honoured to be nominated. This is a big step towards our goal to make this great sport very popular in Europe. Seems that we are doing something right" says Michael smiling, who was a national football player for Austria himself years ago.
