Headcoach

Aleksandar "Sasa" Hadzi-Pavlovic has a proven record of championship success. He is in his first season as head coach for the Vukovi, where his uncompromising commitment to excellence is sure to yield success for Belgrade. Sasa began playing football at an early age. He was a four-year starter at Mission Viejo High School in California and received numerous All-League and All-State honors. Riding on his success at Mission Viejo High, Sasa accepted a scholarship to attend the University of Alabama. At Alabama he was quickly recognized as versatile athlete who demonstrated true qualities of leadership. It was there were he met and trained with some of the best talent in the college football, such as Shaun Alexander. Upon completion at the university, Sasa ran the NFL combine and is still a draft hopeful. Based on his experience, we are delighted to have him as our coach.

Assistant Coach

Milos Blagojevic will begin his first season as offensive coordinator of the Vukovi this year, but he has been a familiar friend of the team for a long time. Last year, Milos played three games for the Vukovi in the first season of SELAF and has been in touch with the team since 2003. Milos played at Santa Monica High School in his home town of Santa Monica, California, which is in the Los Angeles area and earned All-League and All-CIF (California Interscholastic Federation) honors his senior year as an offensive tackle. Milos also played one year of college football at Santa Monica College. Milos is a bright young offensive mind with a passion for the game and we look forward to a long-time friend of our team being an integral part of the coaching staff.

Assistant Coach

Briton Burge is from Los Angeles, California, where he played quarterback for four years at San Marino High School . During his senior year of high school, Briton was voted First Team All-League quarterback, Most Valuable Offensive Player, and Team Captain. In addition, he attended Air 7 Football Camp where he trained with former and current NFL and NCAA players.

Assistant Coach

George Sharcevic – All State of Michigan offensive and defensive tackle for the Farmington Hills (Michigan) Harrison Hawks, the 14th ranked high school football program over the last 25 years in America according to USA Today. Turned down full scholarships from Michigan State, Minnesota, Northwestern, Penn State, and Wisconsin to attend Princeton.

Four year starter at Left Offensive Tackle for Princeton where he protected QB Jason Garrett, the current Offensive Coordinator of the Dallas Cowboys.

Earned invitations to several professional training camps.

Conditioning Coach

Dragan Vujacic – Specialist for close protection (VIP), self defence and all kinds of physical security (organization and realization), with years of experience in Yugoslav Army.

Coach for physical preparation of teams and individual sportsmen

For a few years I was the coach of our National Swimming Team, in charge for the physical preparation of swimmers. During that time, we made excellent results (medals won on many competitions, all of them state champions and participants of European and World Swimming Competitions).

Also I was coach in the others sports (phyisical preporation), swimming, basketball, football, boks, kick-boks, atletics, american football…… I was coach for physical preporation many clubs and National Teams – PK ‚Celje‘ PK‘ Ljubljana‘ PK’Fuzinar“StudentsTown‘-Belgade…Yugoslavia, Slovenija, Liberia, Ghana.

Being known as a successful coach, I had an opportunity to do the individual training with some well known Yugoslav and other sportsmen: Kick boks – Aleksandar Rakic (state champion, champion of the Balkans, third on the European Championship); Fitness for women and modern ballet – Jelena Kalicanin (state champion 2000-2004); Basketball – Jankovic Nebojsa (player of our premier ligue), Darko Milicic (now a player in NBA), Igor Majcen-swimming (member national team of Slovenija – Olimpijada/ finale), Dejan Mustur, young member of National Team Serbia and many odhers.

Also, I was an assistant trainer for karate in ‚Safa – Shoto kai” karate club in Belgrade and Liberia, and head coach for phisycal preporation.
